People you invite can do everything on the list that you can: add, edit, reorder, check off, remove.
You only need a plan of your own when you want to start lists rather than join them. Or you can be one of the people on someone else’s Family plan.

Does it cost anything to invite someone?
No. Not for you, not for them, on any number of lists, for as long as they use it.
What am I actually paying for?
The ability to start lists of your own. Joining someone else’s list is always free; the subscription covers the people in your household who create.
Is anything held back on the cheaper plan?
No. There’s no Pro tier. Every plan is the whole app; they differ only in how many people can start lists.
Is there a free trial?
No trial and no free-list allowance; we’d rather not hand you something and then take it back. Every list someone invites you to is free forever. The moment you want to start your own, it’s a few dollars.
What do the rest of my family see?
Only what you put in the household space. Your personal lists stay private unless you share them. Living in the same house doesn’t make everything communal.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Existing lists remain available and editable. You simply cannot create another list until you subscribe again or join an active Family plan. Everyone you invited keeps their access too; cancelling never locks anybody else out.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. Switching between monthly and annual is the same screen.
Can I use the same subscription on the web and mobile apps?
Yes. Your subscription belongs to your Koinos account and follows you across supported devices.
Does every family member need to pay?
No. One person pays, and everyone included gets their own account and can make their own lists.
